Data deletion
You can request deletion of DAVRIA data associated with your organisation or a connected Facebook or Instagram account.
How to submit a request
Email renatogeorgianm@gmail.com with the subject “DAVRIA data deletion request”. Include the organisation name and DAVRIA account email, but never send passwords, tokens or API keys.
What happens next
We verify the requester's identity and authority, confirm the scope and process eligible data. Records may be retained where required by law or for a legitimate security need.
Disconnecting Meta
Removing DAVRIA in Facebook or Instagram settings stops future access, but does not automatically delete existing CRM records. Use the process above to request their deletion.
